The Stay
Your animals stay in the home they know, keeping to the routine they are used to. In more than a decade of this work, I have seen how much calmer they are for it.

How It Works
Everything is settled in advance, so nothing has to be worked out while you're away.
- A phone consultation and meet-and-greet, before anything is booked
- A signed veterinary authorization
- Access, contacts & times in writing
- Updates sent regularly during your trip
- Problems are reported to you the day they happen
- An invoice once you are home
Please share as much detail as you like — it is always better for me to be over-prepared. I hope the vet form is never needed, but having it signed means care can start right away.
Rates
$100 a day — cats and up to two dogs.
- $25 a day for each additional dog
- Other species — let's talk
- Counted in days, not nights — Thursday to Monday is five days
- Part days worked out between us, never by formula
- Plans change — we'll go over cancellations when we meet
I employ a sliding fee scale, as I never want to turn away clients due to financial constraints. If this rate doesn't work for you, we can discuss one that does.
I'd love to hear about your animals and how they like to be looked after. Every booking begins with a complimentary phone consultation and meet-and-greet at your home, where we go through the routine and what to do if anything goes wrong. I look forward to meeting them.
